Now, here’s the scoop: once you’re in, you’re part of the club! That means you get to share in our excess inventory. (Yes, you heard that right! We’re like the Santa Claus of surplus goods, spreading joy and stuff.) You can claim one of each item we offer per billing cycle—think of it as a buffet of awesomeness, but you can only take one plate. (No food fights here, please!)

Do I need a credit card to start my Free Trial?

Yes, we require a valid credit card to start your Free Trial. This helps us verify your shipping information and cover the shipping costs for your free items. Your card will only be charged for shipping during the trial period. If you decide to continue as a member your card will begin a monthly renewable charge of only $49.00 which covers the cost of operating the site. You can cancel at anytime

If I continue as a member after my Free Trial can I order unlimited items? 

YES, you can claim unlimited items that is offered on the site, except that each individual member can claim only one (1) of EACH item per billing cycle.   That means you can claim 1 item or 20 items or even 50, but only 1 of each item. We want to ensure that every member has a fair chance to enjoy our offerings, which is why each person is allowed only one of each item per billing cycle. This policy helps us maintain a balanced community where everyone can benefit from our unique selection. From time to time, promotions may vary allowing additional quantity.


How do I cancel if I decide the membership isn't for me?

Canceling is easy! Simply log into your account, go to "Membership Settings," and click "Cancel Membership." You can also contact our customer support team at or call (909) 996-9472. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Why can't I add items to the cart as a non-member?

Non-members can browse anywhere on the site but cannot place items in the shopping cart. You must join as a member first to begin selecting items. However, non-members may sign up for our newsletter to receive club information and news.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on the items selected and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order. We use standard shipping rates based on weight and dimensions.

How fast will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. 

Do you ship mystery boxes?

No! We do not ship mystery boxes. You shop and receive exactly what you order. Every item you select is exactly what will be delivered to your door.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you drop ship?

No. Orders made by members are exclusive and can only be shipped to a verified shipping address on file.

How do I create an account?

Can I share my membership with family members?

Your membership is for a single household. While family members at the same address can use your account, sharing your login with people outside your household violates our terms of service and may result in account termination.
